On Screen Advertising

We offer an elegant pre-show slide program which is a perfect option for local advertisers. Each ad is featured for 10-seconds at least two times throughout the pre-show. The pre-show runs before the trailers every night we show a film, except for days when there are private rentals, live theater and some special events. Your advertisement can be seen regularly on the big screen up in front of our loyal supporters.

Digital Specs

  • Image Size: 1920 x 1080 pixels
  • File Format: PNG is the preferred format.
  • Safety Border: 200 pixels from the edges of the slide. Keep all text and graphics in the safety border area
  • Fonts: No smaller than 40 pt. Do not use thin script fonts.
  • Keep text to a minimum, 20-25 words recommended.

Deadlines

Ads are due by the 15th of each month.  New ads start on the 1st of the month.  After the 25th, no changes are possible.

Policies

  • Material must be suitable for all ages.
  • We do not accept political or religious ads.
  • We do not guarantee the placement of any ad in the rotation order.
  • RTC reserves the right to decline submissions.

Per Slide

  • For Profit $75
  • Non Profit $50
  • 4 week billing cycle

Packages

For Profit 

  • $25 discount with 3 month advance payment – $200
  • $50 discount with 6 month advance payment – $400
  • $125 discount with 12 month advance payment – $775

For Non-Profit 

  • $25 discount with 3 month advance payment – $125 
  • $50 discount with 6 month advance payment  – $250
  • $125  discount with 12 month advance payment  – $475
