On October 9th join some of the best national and local stand-up comedy acts at the Rosendale Theatre as we raise money for the upcoming Hudson Valley Comedy Festival. Festival founder and comedian Shannan Hunt hosts as local favorites Andy Mcdermott, Peter Vinogradov, Mike McGrath, Jody Lee, Albany comic Tony Rogers, and NYC powerhouse Yogi Paliwal take the stage. The 2016 Hudson Valley Comedy Festival is a three day jubilee of comedy that takes place in historic and scenic Kingston, NY and Saugerties, NY- just 2 hours north of NYC and 40 minutes south of Albany. Founded in 2015 by comedian and documentarian Shannan Hunt, comedy producer Chris Khatami and local comedian and producer Andy McDermott, the festival will give upstate New York comedy audiences a chance to attend a mix of stand-up comedy shows, live podcast tapings, comedy film screenings, workshops and panels.
